1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BThereHUB website at www.btherehub.net (the “Site”), operated by [Company legal name] (“BThereHUB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the public Site only. Use of the BThereHUB platform by facilities and their users is governed by a separate customer agreement and Business Associate Agreement, which control if they conflict with these Terms.
2. Informational purposes only
Content on the Site describes BThereHUB and post-acute care workflows for general informational purposes. It is not medical, legal, regulatory, billing, or reimbursement advice. Product descriptions reflect current plans and may change. Features may vary by release, customer configuration, and integration.
3. No clinical advice
Nothing on the Site creates a clinician and patient relationship or replaces professional judgment. Within the platform, BThereHUB provides AI-driven, compliance- and evidence-based recommendations that must be reviewed and approved by a qualified clinician, who may accept, adjust, or decline them, before any action is taken. Facilities remain responsible for clinical decisions, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit resident, patient, or other protected health information through the Site’s forms.
- Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ data, or interfere with the Site’s security or operation.
- Copy, collect, or extract Site content by automated means without our written permission.
- Introduce malware or use the Site to send spam or misleading communications.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, video, logos, the BThereHUB name and Circle of Care mark, and software, are owned by BThereHUB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site pages for your internal, non-commercial evaluation of BThereHUB. No other license is granted.
6. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, and without any obligation to you.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
8. Disclaimers
