BThereHUB brings your facility’s clinical information together in one place. Quality teams can track measures and act on them at the same time, providers see each resident’s full picture with evidence-based guidance, and families get a secure, direct connection to the care team.
Does BThereHUB replace our EHR?
No. BThereHUB works alongside your facility EHR. It connects to the systems you already use, organizes the information, and puts it to work. There’s no rip-and-replace and no double entry.
Which care settings is it designed for?
Skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and post-acute rehabilitation, including multi-facility operators.
How are clinical recommendations made, and who approves them?
BThereHUB reviews each resident’s data against established standards, such as CMS quality measures, CDC guidance, and the Beers Criteria, and suggests specific next steps. A clinician reviews every recommendation and can accept, adjust, or decline it. Nothing reaches a care plan on its own.
What can families see?
Only what the facility approves, and only if the resident or their authorized representative has given permission. Families receive plain-language updates such as care-plan meetings, milestones, and responses to concerns, never the full medical record.
How does BThereHUB connect to our systems?
Through secure, read-only connections to your EHR and related systems, using healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7. Write-back is added later, only with your approval and clinician oversight.
How do you protect resident data?
BThereHUB is built to meet the HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules and runs on HIPAA-eligible cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based with multi-factor authentication, and every action is logged. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any protected health information is exchanged. Resident data is never sold or shared outside your care team.
How long does implementation take?
Most facilities start with a read-only connection and a focused set of quality measures, then expand from there. We’ll walk through a timeline for your facility during your demo.
