Our commitment
BThereHUB is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Care teams, providers, residents, and families rely on clear information, and accessibility is part of how we design.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we do
- Semantic page structure with a single main heading and logical heading order.
- Full keyboard navigation, a “Skip to content” link, and visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Color contrast designed to meet WCAG AA, and status shown with more than color alone.
- Labeled form fields with clear error messages.
- Light and dark display modes.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting on your device: video does not play automatically, and animation is minimized.
- Pause controls on all moving video.
Known limitations
Our videos have no spoken audio. If we add narrated video, we will provide captions and transcripts. Some third-party content may not fully meet our standard; we work with vendors to improve it.
Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in another format, please contact us at [accessibility@btherehub.net]. Please describe the page and the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.
Ongoing review
We review the Site regularly as we add content and features, and we will update this statement as improvements are made.
