• Demo and contact requests: your name, work email, organization, role, facility type, number of beds or locations, state, and any message you choose to send.
• Other communications: information you include when you email us or speak with our team.

Please do not submit resident, patient, or other health information through the Site. Our forms are not designed to receive PHI.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.

3. How we use information

• To respond to demo requests and questions, and to schedule meetings.
• To send information about BThereHUB that you have requested, and occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How we share information

• Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as enterprise cloud hosting, email, customer relationship management, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality obligations.

5. How we protect information

Our platform is built and maintained by engineers trained in HIPAA and secure development practices and is hosted on HIPAA-eligible, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. When a facility uses the BThereHUB platform, we act as a business associate under HIPAA. We use and disclose PHI only as permitted by our Business Associate Agreement and customer contract, and only to provide services to that facility. Residents, families, and representatives who have questions about their health information should contact the facility directly, since the facility controls those records and the related privacy rights.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information collected through the Site for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as maintaining a business relationship, and as required by law. We then delete or de-identify it.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
• California residents: depending on applicability, California law may give you rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
• Other states: residents of other states may have similar rights under their state laws.
